I first contacted Ken to help me find a rental home in Tucson. Mind you I was not buying a property at that time but Ken started working with me even at the time he knew I was not buying a home. Ken was always updating me about my searches for the rental and was constantly asking me if I need any more information. After a few months went by my wife and I decided to buy vs renting and I then contacted Ken to be my realtor. We found a property together and within a few days it was signed sealed and delivered without a hitch. Ken even went out of his way to replace a old HVAC filter for me as I would not be moving to the home until December. He was outstanding in negotiating any repairs that were discovered during the inspection with the seller agreeing to everything we asked for.
