I first contacted Ken to help me find a rental home in Tucson. Mind you I was not buying a property at that time but Ken started working with me even at the time he knew I was not buying a home. Ken was always updating me about my searches for the rental and was constantly asking me if I need any more information. After a few months went by my wife and I decided to buy vs renting and I then contacted Ken to be my realtor. We found a property together and within a few days it was signed sealed and delivered without a hitch.
