Ken went above and beyond to help me find the home of my dream. I was on a very tight schedule when it came to looking at homes, and I convinced Ken to show me nearly 30 homes over the span of 2 days. He gave me a binder full of the details and agendas, and he was very knowledgeable about each house. As a first-time homebuyer, I was worried there were going to be a million hurdles to buying a home. Thankfully, Ken was there every step of the way. He made the process smooth and efficient. Ken Nelson was absolutely amazing. I was a first time home buyer and was very particular in what I was looking for. I knew I needed a real estate agent that I could trust, and most importantly, listen to what I was looking for. I did not know where to turn to, but I was reading the Tucson Real Producers magazine, and saw Ken’s name in an article, it said he is a rising star agent in Tucson. After using him, I realize the article was being very modest, this man is a super star. Ken knows Tucson like the back of his hand, I told him the area of town I wanted, the style of house I wanted, and a laundry list of other wants. Ken would send me personalized listings the second they came onto the market if they checked off most of my list of must haves. I recognize I was difficult, Ken took me to countless showings, but he is a saint, he never once showed frustration or expressed any desire that I just make a decision. He told me that he would rather go to 99 houses that ended up not for me if it meant finding the 1 for me. Recently he sent me a listing that was “the one”. I had never gone through the house buying process and he made it so simple and seamless. I barely had to lift a finger from offer to closing; it seems like he has relationships with everyone whose anyone in Tucson. He helped me every step of the way answering all of my questions and helping me to understand everything. Finally, Ken is an absolute shark when it comes to negotiating. Whether you are buying or selling you need Ken in your corner. He will go to bat for you. When I am buying another or selling Ken is the first person I will be calling. If I could give him 10 stars I would because a 5/5 is an understatement.
Ken was so helpful, he doesn't mind getting his hands dirty either. All I can say is he helped me down size, and find a new home to move into and helped with loan process and moving. Worked with Ken for several months preparing to sell and looking for another home always called me back quickly. My experience was great. If you go with Ken all your problems are solved. Tell Ken I'm still waiting for that pizza dinner. Ken will quickly go from realtor to friend.

Ken was amazing. very knowledgeable and hard working. Worked with our schedule and saw houses with us all across Tucson. Once we found a house he walked us through step by step, and kept us updated the whole procedure. I will be using ken again in the future and recommending him to my friends and family
