For me, choosing a realtor felt like a daunting decision. Although Mishka and Michelle have countless 5 star reviews I was anxious about making the right choice. From the moment I met them I was immediately put at ease. Mishka and Michelle are kind, friendly and professional. And I quickly learned they were very knowledgeable. They explained the entire home buying process and kept me updated along the way. I never had any issue with communication. They were always prompt and extremely patient although at times I wasn’t. They listened to my wants and concerns and helped me find the perfect house. Mishka and Michelle were an absolute pleasure to work with. Being able to rely on the knowledge, experience, and expertise of Mishka and her partner Michelle through a long process of buying my home was incalculable. I was able to bounce my ideas and concerns off of them and was always met with an answer that was satisfactory. Not once throughout the process did I believe that they just wanted a quick sale and a quicker buck they truly mean what they say when they talk about wanting to set you up with the one for you and when you think you found it they both will work tirelessly to help close the sale. They found us a house in one day that had everything we wanted and more. They negotiated a deal that resulted in very little cash out of our pocket and even negotiated inclusion of all the furnishings. Put up a huge "HOME" inflated banner in the kitchen and left us a bottle of wine to welcome us to our new home. I highly recommend them. Mishka and the team were wonderful in this tense market. They gave me good input throughout the process and stayed on top of the market movements. They did great marketing and lots (and lots!) of Open Houses before we found the perfect buyers.

Mishka is a lifesaver, as is her partner Michelle Flannigan. Simple as that. Our family made the difficult decision to sell our longtime home after both of our elderly parents fell severely ill, and Mishka and Michelle were there every step of the way, going far, far above and beyond to help us. With our parents ill, no one else in our family actually lived in Tucson. We went through the process of securing and preparing a large and aging house for sale completely remotely. This took about a year, and Mishka and Michelle tackled an insane number of challenges with skill, cheer, and aplomb, including: * A break in that required adding additional security to the house * The police recovery of a stolen car from said break in, and arranging for the car to be towed and returned to the house * Finding and working with service vendors to keep the house maintained * Helping get the house cleared out via movers and an estate sale vendor * Literally fixing a broken gate with their own hands and tools Again: Mishka and Michelle did this all with no one in my family actually living in Tucson! And in addition to that, they were incredibly emotionally supportive and understanding during an extremely trying time for all of us. As for the sale itself, they were ultra competent—the house sold quickly, fairly painlessly, and basically in line with what they predicted based on the house and the market. They also were incredibly ethical and above-board with us, giving honest feedback and sound advice, and always looking out for our best interests as we defined them. My family is fully satisfied with Miskha and Michelle. They could not have been better or done more to help us. We consider them friends, and they have our eternal gratitude.
