I have nothing but great things to say. This is the second time working with Mishka and let me tell you.... the speed in which responses were given is amazing. All the knowledge, so so patient and does exactly what they say they will do in a timely matter. It's the dedication and hard work that gets it done but it feels a little like magic...
Mishka, together with her partner Michelle were very professional, communication was easy, they were very attentive to their client’s needs, always available whenever we needed them. They made our whole buying process smooth. They’re thoughtful and kind, very trust worthy.

Mishka is a lifesaver, as is her partner Michelle Flannigan. Simple as that. Our family made the difficult decision to sell our longtime home after both of our elderly parents fell severely ill, and Mishka and Michelle were there every step of the way, going far, far above and beyond to help us. With our parents ill, no one else in our family actually lived in Tucson. We went through the process of securing and preparing a large and aging house for sale completely remotely. This took about a year, and Mishka and Michelle tackled an insane number of challenges with skill, cheer, and aplomb, including: * A break in that required adding additional security to the house * The police recovery of a stolen car from said break in, and arranging for the car to be towed and returned to the house * Finding and working with service vendors to keep the house maintained * Helping get the house cleared out via movers and an estate sale vendor * Literally fixing a broken gate with their own hands and tools Again: Mishka and Michelle did this all with no one in my family actually living in Tucson! And in addition to that, they were incredibly emotionally supportive and understanding during an extremely trying time for all of us. As for the sale itself, they were ultra competent—the house sold quickly, fairly painlessly, and basically in line with what they predicted based on the house and the market. They also were incredibly ethical and above-board with us, giving honest feedback and sound advice, and always looking out for our best interests as we defined them. My family is fully satisfied with Miskha and Michelle. They could not have been better or done more to help us. We consider them friends, and they have our eternal gratitude. They're great at their jobs, and they are even better people. Just complete real ones. If you decide to work with them, you won't be disappointed!
Mishka is calm and knowledgeable. When I ask her something, she’ll give me her honest viewpoint. This is the second home she has helped me purchase. I can depend on Mishka’s guidance throughout my home buying process. I’ve been fortunate to have her taking care of all the details and going the extra mile!
