Debbie Mayfield is an excellent choice for a realtor. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and goes above a beyond to make your buying experience as stress free as possible. She made herself available to answer any questions that came up. She checked in to make sure we were doing okay as the process went along and that we understood the paperwork. She has very good resources that helped make the decision process much easier. She knows the area very well and was able to show us several homes that fit our parameters. We felt that her negotiation skills were excellent and protecting us as her client was her chief concern. We have full confidence in referring her to other buyers.

Debbie is very professional but she also made the transaction personal and enjoyable. I was buying and selling at the same time all while starting a new job in a new state 1600 miles from where I grew up. She helped in everyway she could and I learned a lot from her.
