After being away from Tucson for 37 years our return was a wonderful experience due to Yasmeen! She showed us our dream home but also many other homes that she new would be great for us. Helped us prepare multiple competitive offers on several homes. We were pretty particular and it was difficult for her due to our finance situation (Champagne tastes vs Beer money) But when we narrowed it down Yasmeen was instrumentsl in presenting an offer on our original choice, our dream home which became available. Yasmeen was quick to reply when we called and emailed at all times and allowed us to view the house a million times (jk) and was so nice and patient with us ( me in particular). Yasmeen really took the time to learn what our preferences were and I'll never be able to re pay her for sticking with us cause our home will be our home forever. When the lot became available adjacent to our property Yasmeen was instrumental in negotiating that contract.
