Ray is amazing. There are literally no words to express our gratitude for him. Ray did his job and nearly all the work for the buyer's agent. The buyer never got his loan funded, and took an extra week to close because he didn't have his down payment. Ray did everything he could to provoke and promote the buyer and his agent.
