Ann Marie did her homework by looking at comparable homes set a price that was reasonable and fair and she sold the house in less than a week. Prior to the house being put on the market she scheduled inspections and instructed me on what I needed to do. During the whole process Ann Marie made you feel very positive and went out of her way to insure that you knew everything that was going on. Ann Marie is a very kind and thoughtful person and I would recommend Ann Marie to anyone buying or selling a home.

Excellent service. They took so much of the burden of selling my house off my shoulders so I could concentrate on moving into my new house. They meet with vendors, scheduled inspections, staging the house and handled so many details... much better service than I thought possible. They suggested a listing price that resulted in a quick sale for more money than most agents were suggesting. Great communication and service. I couldn't be happier with having selected them to be my listing agents.
