Rita Gibbs did an outstanding job of making it easy for me to sell my house. I don't think I could have done it without her! She hired a person to clean the place after I moved out, a landscaper to tend to the grounds, and a handyman to fix several items. Throughout the hot summer months, she watered the plants. I never had to come back to Tucson! What a gemstone realtor.

Since Rita lives in central Tucson, she knows it well, and more importantly, knows how to sell it. Based on her knowledge and reputation, we chose Rita to help sell our house. She helped us get the house in excellent shape and was 100% on board with us listing it at the price we wanted. After getting us maximum views, and within one month, we had several offers and sold at a great price. Even after we sold, Rita went out of her way to help us close out all of our accounts and even ship us some Christmas gifts that were accidentally sent to the wrong address. Thanks Rita, you're the best!
