I was an absentee seller, so she made sure the house was okay while listed - even notified me of a potential irrigation water leak, handled details like scheduling and being there for second opinions, and let me know in advance of personal documents I’d be asked for from the title company for remote signing. She is very knowledgeable and super sweet as well! Her team even coordinated having the house cleaned before the new buyer moved in!
