LInda was amazing professionally as well as personally! From the first day that she came into our home to get information until we closed, she was there for us! Her knowledge in the field and pleasant personality gave us a wonderful experience! Having a unique situation in selling our home, it could have been very easy to become passive in the process, but she was quite the opposite. She held several (more than considered customary) open houses with faithful follow up, provided incentives from her own resources, communicated through phone calls and texts on many occasions “after hours” and during her vacation, kept us informed as each new obstacle arose, and took extra steps in making phone calls and even face to face contact to overcome anything that would hinder the sale of our home. In the meantime, she also assisted us in buying a house and was equally as helpful! Because we were out of state during that time, she made the extra effort to cause the process to happen smoothly. Linda truly cared about us and a relationship was developed as a result. What an encouragement she was! We recommend her highly and that’s an understatement!

Whenever I texted Wendy with a question, she answered right away. She kept us abreast of properties that would interest us, and would meet us on times that many people wouldn’t, I’m sure. During the sales process for our house she offered good advice on where, and where not to spend money on the home we were selling. The write up she did describing our home almost made me feel like I should be buying it and not selling. She got us the price we wanted on the sale of the house. Wendy also provided us with the name of a licensed Handy Man to do things we needed done, who was very competent. We also used him here in our new home. Wendy’s knowledge of the local market is spot on. Her advice on buying our new home when our first offer was turned down, hit the nail right on the head. Wendy handled every situation to get us smoothly through a property sale and a new property purchase. Her communication skills are a strong asset she possesses. I met Wendy about 15-20 years ago, when she was managing a grocery store. When she left there, I knew she would succeed in this endeavor, and I knew she would be the only call I would make, when this day came to sell our home of 50 years and find a comfortable Condo to move to. I was right. Wendy is a Champion!
