Kirsten has lived in Delaware since her family moved from Greensboro, North Carolina when she was 2, so she considers herself a native Delawarean! She is both a proud McKean High School class of '89 graduate and a Penn State class of '93 graduate. She has been a licensed REALTOR® now for 30 years and is entrenched in the Autism community with two adult sons on the spectrum. Lauri graduated from the University of Delaware and was a long-time Delaware resident until moving to southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. A full-time real estate agent for over 18 years, Lauri is licensed in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. She specializes in residential sales and relocation and has been recognized nationally for sales performance. She has a life-long love for all things local and gives back to the community every chance she gets. When not selling homes, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Over 22 years of being a REALTOR® with Patterson-Schwartz and I still get excited. Teaming up with Buyers and Sellers; there is never a dull moment. I have met and worked with so many wonderful people. The most exciting part is making that call to a Buyer and telling them that their offer was accepted or letting a Seller know we just received a great offer on their house. I grew up in Cecil County, MD in a small home beside my grandparents. My grandmother was my inspiration to work hard for what you want and appreciate what you have. I worked full-time and went to college at night. As if I didn't have enough going on, I married and had a wonderful daughter while still going to classes. I graduated with a Bachelors in Business Management with a minor in Information Systems. I worked for years in the corporate world; it just didn't make me happy. I bought my first house and that lit a spark in me to become a REALTOR® and I haven't looked back since. My clients always say that I'm personable and knowledgeable, easy to reach, and honest. That is what I strive for because that is what I would want in a REALTOR®—someone that listens to your needs and wants.
