Responded promptly, excellent contacts and guidance, trustworthy - always felt she was protecting my interests. Perfect agent if you are aggressively searching for a home. Excellent eye when touring a home - expresses concerns when valid and provides great insight on houses' potential. Gains a quick understanding of what the buyer wants and doesn't try to "sell" clients on a property that is not a good fit. Definitely keep doing independent searches because the MLS won't show everything and sometimes lags. The agent is most important for the negotiation portion of the deal and the contracts/documents. Though you may wind up finding something you like on your own, Dianne is great at researching a property and comparisons, being honest about what it's worth, and helping you make a strong offer.
