Jim was incredibly helpful from start to finish with this entire process. We were clueless about what it takes to look into properties and purchase one, but Jim was always open and willing to answer any questions we had and schedule quick calls to discuss anything we were confused about. After his decades of experience he was very knowledgable, but still relatable. Jim was a delight to work with and incredibly supportive, communicative, and generous with his time and efforts throughout the entire process. He eventually helped us secure our home, but before that made sure we understood every step of the process before entering into it. Marjorie exceeded any expectations my family had going to the sale of our father's house of what a real estate agent could be. From helping us get the house on the market at the best price that would generate interest to walking through the closing procedure, she was great. But, Marjorie went above and beyond any agent I had ever dealt with, making arrangements for repairs and working though some difficult negotiations with candor.
