LInda was amazing professionally as well as personally! From the first day that she came into our home to get information until we closed, she was there for us! Her knowledge in the field and pleasant personality gave us a wonderful experience! Having a unique situation in selling our home, it could have been very easy to become passive in the process, but she was quite the opposite. She held several (more than considered customary) open houses with faithful follow up, provided incentives from her own resources, communicated through phone calls and texts on many occasions “after hours” and during her vacation, kept us informed as each new obstacle arose, and took extra steps in making phone calls and even face to face contact to overcome anything that would hinder the sale of our home. In the meantime, she also assisted us in buying a house and was equally as helpful! Because we were out of state during that time, she made the extra effort to cause the process to happen smoothly. Dave Landon served as our agent in the showing, marketing pictures and key documents needed to successfully sell our home. He was key in arranging the appointments for the showings, inspections, and requests from the buyers for additional measurements all while we were out of state visiting a house bound relative. Allison is a great communicator through her emails & informative phone calls. She's very knowledgeable of the housing areas she covers (DE, MD, PA) & always wants what's best for her client(s). And as one of her clients, I was very appreciative of her care taken in each area. Probably the thing I was most impressed with & what meant so much to my family is her availability.
