I have lived in the Suburban Philadelphia area my entire life. I have been licensed since 1996 specializing in residential home sales throughout Montgomery Chester Bucks Delaware and Philadelphia counties. Grace is extremely knowledgeable about Philadelphia market and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lou and Deb are high achieving, dedicated professionals that had our house sale at the forefront. We always felt like we were their number 1 client. They were always quick to respond to an inquiry, knowledgeable in all aspects of the area marketing, and always had our best interest in mind. When a buyer suddenly backed out, they handled it smoothly and calmly, actually securing a better price for the house within a few days.
