My experience with Eve was pleasant from Day 1. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of the requirements from both buyer and seller perspectives and guided me through the process with confidence and professionalism Her suggestions for making my house appealing for buyers were spot on most of the time, and she found an associate to host an open house for me on the date I wanted when she could not be available. Never once did I have to worry about response time from Eve, which was very calming in a tumultuous time for me. Eve would get my vote every time for anyone looking for a realtor

I have watched Lauren work for several years, and I could see the impact she was having on those that she helped find homes for. But when it came to my husband and I sending her a big SOS to give us some advice on a home situation we were having, she gently yet wisely pointed us in the right direction and helped us sell our home. Lauren, along with her colleague Erich, really went to bat for us, helping us find vendors, giving advice on what should be done to get the most out of the home sale, and keeping us grounded throughout the process. 5 STARS is not enough!

Bob should be beatified for putting, keeping, and finishing this sale.

Throughout the recent sale of my family home, I felt very confident with Dominick's professionalism and knowledge of the Market. He made himself available at all times and welcomed my questions with timely responses to calls and emails. He also offered guidance and helpful suggestions with the staging of the home. He was diligent with communication of offers and negotiations. The home sold within a few days at a great price! Thank you Dominick for your ability to make this experience so seamless for me. I highly recommend Dominick Fantanarosa for your real estate needs.
