My experience with Grace in buying a house has been excellent. Grace knew that my fiance and I were looking to buy for a house for some time and she's been on top of it since day 1. She knows what we looked for and curated them for us. Although we did not select any of them, she doesn't give up. The curation continues until I stumbled into 1 property my fiance and I were very much interested in. So, I texted Grace at 1:55 AM, she replied me at 2 AM asking if I wanted a tour and she actually made it happen the next day. Who does that? Grace does.
