As he represented us for both purchase of our new house, and sale of our existing, he was integral in aiding us with planning out our approach to buy and then sell. His attention to details, and deep market knowledge helped with both guiding and protecting us when unforeseen scenarios emerged both during the purchase phase and selling phase. His capability to effectively and professionally negotiate terms for our house purchase protected us from a potential issue that was discovered the day before closing. Dan sent me weekly listings of properties that matched what and where I wanted to buy. In addition, he called me to follow up to see if I was interested in any. When I found one I liked, he made an immediate appointment to see it, and was always available for me to go back with others (family and friends) to look at it. He found immediate answers for any questions I had.
