He helped us manage our expectations as well as keeping us calm through everything. Jim made suggestions on what we might do to present our home in the best light to prospective buyers. He didn't leave us to figure out how to make those things happen, he guided us on who could do the work and followed up to be sure it was done properly. Jim stays on top of things and communicated regularly with any updates or just to touch base and make sure we didn't have questions or concerns. If we reached out to Jim for some reason, if he wasn't available when we contacted him, he got back to us in a very reasonable time. When we received the offer on our home, Jim ensured we received a fair price and handled the back and forth quickly. Jim is personable, professional and, in our opinion, a top-notch realtor.
