I have lived in the Suburban Philadelphia area my entire life. I have been licensed since 1996 specializing in residential home sales throughout Montgomery Chester Bucks Delaware and Philadelphia counties. I entered the real estate business in 1996 with ambitions of working with people to foster lifelong relationships. I focus on my client's personal needs by being easily accessible to them to make the home selling & home buying experience a memorable one. My business thrives on personal recommendations from satisfied clients. I am a Meticulous Organized and Self Motivated individual who will make your transaction free of stress. I acquired my Associate Brokers licence after completing 240 hours of Broker real estate courses. These courses included Real Estate Law Appraisal and Brokerage Management. Whether you are a first time home buyer or seller or an experienced buyer or seller I will be there to guide you in the right direction. I thoroughly research my market area regularly as I believe research is essential in assisting clients so they may be confident they are making an educated decision. I have also been involved in numerous land developments and land acquisition endeavors and have the know-how to serve those needs as well. You will discover that I am well-organized and combine professionalism with truthfulness personal attention follow-up and follow-thru to the very last detail for each of my clients. I live in Collegeville Pennsylvania with my wife Alexandra and our five children. I truly enjoy my family my friends and my career.
