Jani was always available when we needed her. Excellent in finding the perfect property and assisting in negotiations for a price that was amazing. We will use her again and recommending her to everyone we know!

An acquaintance recommended Vicki to me, describing her as vibrant, thorough, energetic, and someone who gets the job done. After our first meeting, I knew those qualities were absolutely true. As we walked through the house, Vicki carefully identified everything that needed to be removed or rearranged to prepare the property for photographs. The transformation was remarkable and well worth the effort. She also strongly recommended pre-inspections of the home’s major systems which proved to be an excellent decision and paid off during the selling process. Vicki went above and beyond with the marketing of our property, in addition to traditional advertising, she targeted specialized outlets that were particularly well suited for our large, rural property. The professional photography and drone videos showcased the property beautifully and highlighted its true value. Throughout the preparation and sale, Vicki maintained frequent communication and kept me informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail, organization, and commitment helped keep the entire process on track. I am truly grateful for Vicki’s hard work, dedication, and professionalism. What began as a business relationship has grown into a valued friendship. I would enthusiastically recommend Vicki Feeney to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely caring real estate agent.
