I worked with Tracy on selling my dad’s house and it went very smooth. So I knew when it was time to buy a house, that the process was going to be just as easy. Her knowledge and experience in the real estate industry helped making our decision on making an offer with confidence. She was honest and we trusted her input. I would recommend Tracy to anyone looking to buy or sell. She’ll get it done!

Maryann was my neighbor and she sold the house next to me in record time. I knew exactly that I wanted her to help sell my home. I lived there for 15 years and had a lot of stuff to get rid of. The best thing was there was no judgment. She was right there with her husband helping me in ways that was over and beyond what a normal realtor would do. She not pushy and let me take my time to get the house ready. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for her. I downsized and live in a wonderful place. Maryann you are truly magical. Count yourself lucky if you get a chance to have her as your realtor.

I had a great experience working with her as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent. She is always responsive, personable, and easy to work with. I especially appreciated the valuable advice she provided throughout the process and the expertise she brings from her experience in the industry. She made the process feel much easier to navigate, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I first worked with Tracy more than 10 years ago when she helped me sell a home, and when it came time to purchase a home for my son, I went straight back to her. That probably says more than anything about the level of trust I have in her. Tracy is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. She always makes herself available, takes my calls, answers questions clearly, and is willing to talk through whatever comes up during the process. Her experience and knowledge of the market are obvious, but just as important, she makes you feel like she genuinely cares about getting the right result for you rather than simply completing a transaction. She was a great resource throughout the entire purchase and made the process much easier to navigate. It is rare to work with someone more than a decade apart and find the same high level of service and commitment. I would recommend Tracy without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home, and she will absolutely be my first call the next time I need a real estate agent.
