Maryann was my neighbor and she sold the house next to me in record time. I knew exactly that I wanted her to help sell my home. I lived there for 15 years and had a lot of stuff to get rid of. The best thing was there was no judgment. She was right there with her husband helping me in ways that was over and beyond what a normal realtor would do. I first worked with Tracy more than 10 years ago when she helped me sell a home, and when it came time to purchase a home for my son, I went straight back to her. That probably says more than anything about the level of trust I have in her. Tracy is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. She always makes herself available, takes my calls, answers questions clearly, and is willing to talk through whatever comes up during the process. Her experience and knowledge of the market are obvious, but just as important, she makes you feel like she genuinely cares about getting the right result for you rather than simply completing a transaction. She was a great resource throughout the entire purchase and made the process much easier to navigate.
