When we called Julie initially we were not sure when we should list our home or with what company. Julie showed up for the first visit and she was so impressive! She definitely did her research, was genuine, professional, and kind. We listed our home with her that first visit. Julie took care of everything and got the ball rolling that day; she made it so easy for us! We have two big dogs and Julie took every detail into consideration in showing our house. She used only too notch professional marketing and held an open house while we were out of town making it a smooth process for us. Julie kept in contact with us multiple times a day and was never too busy to answer my constant questions. Julie had a personal touch making us feel like we were her only clients and also checked in with us regarding our cross country moving plans. Our house sold quickly and Julie got the job done! We are currently renting back our house preparing for our big move but Julie did not disappear after closing. She still texts/calls us to see how we are and if she can assist us in any way! Julie is a true professional from start to finish! Her communication, attention to detail, attentiveness, marketing, and most importantly her knowledge is top notch! Julie only utilized professional resources in marketing our home. Julie frequently did check-ins just to see how we were doing. We had ask her for additional referrals as we wanted to do a little extra work in our home and she delivered too notch contractors! Julie was never to busy to speak to us or answer a text/email and always followed up on any information we requested. We have sold more than our share of homes so I know how complicated the process is for agents yet Julie made us feel like we were her most important clients! Julie also did not disappear after closing on the home she helped us sell; we are moving long distance and she calls/texts to see how we are doing and if she can be of any assistance! Where do I start?? Julie’s is an incredible real estate agent but an even better human being. She helped us find our beautiful first house 7 years ago and recently just sold it and helped us find a new forever house. Since day 1 she took an amazing care of us and treated us more like her family than a business partner. She walked us through every step of the process and would always fight for the best possible outcome for buying and selling a house. Julie’s priority was our happiness and finding the best deal for us with buying and selling the house. Since we were looking for a house in a distant area we worked with a different agent who specializes in that area. After meeting him and describing to Julie our conversation, she decided immediately that she will not let us get taken advantage off and that she will help us find our forever home herself. She took multiple days out of her busy schedule to travel 5-6 hours to look at houses with us and help us find our beautiful new home. Julie is an extremely caring person and she won’t settle for just okay. She will help you find the best and get the best price for your house with her in depth knowledge of the real estate process.
