Julie was amazing!!! Very professional and always consistent. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a top priority at each step in the whole process, Julie came through with her commitment to excellence. My house sold within 3 days of being on the market, would definitely recommend her to any and everyone.

I wish I could give more stars. Julie knows how to get things done. She always goes the extra mile. She will save you time and money at every turn. There isn’t enough room on this site to list all the times she took the ball and handled situations for me and did it much better than I could have done myself. She’s a gem!

I met Julie while in search of a home in MD as I was relocating to the area from OH. She immediately impressed me with her sincerity, her understanding of my needs, her professionalism in selecting and making appointments at properties that fell well within the scope of our conversations. I appreciated her advice and consul in guiding me thru the purchasing process. During our short acquaintance Julie was always well prepared and most helpful in resolving question issues. Julie was not only a great realtor but also a good friend.

We used Julie for selling our house in July when we were moving out of state. She advised us that there would be no stress involved with our house sale. She went above and beyond to get us situated and selling of our home very quickly. Julie also went out of her way to stay in contact with us the entire process, even with us being far away. Julie is highly recommended for all of your real estate needs.

If there was ever proof of why you should chose a locally experienced real estate agent, my experience with the sale of a water access lot on Hances Point was it. I figured the lot whch didn't perc would languish on the market for months. In fact Julie sold it at near asking before it even listed. Clearly her contacts, only possible through years of competent agency, served us well. Highly recommend.

Julie was my realtor when I bought my first house in 2018 and again when I sold my house in 2023. She was professional, highly responsive, friendly, and an expert resource for us to rely on both times. She guided us through all phases of purchasing and selling, including recommending and introducing us to our mortgage loan officer. When we sold the house she explained the market conditions and what they meant for us, advised us on staging, and brought in a wonderful photographer. When it was time to list the house she suggested that we set a price that would draw in multiple segments of home buyers. With her guidance our house sold after the first day of viewings for a significant profit. I highly recommend Julie and would gladly work with her again.
