Lauri was amazing, she was there for every little question we had. Lauri always went out of her way to make sure that we had all the available information we needed to address any short comings that we saw and those we didn't see, in both the financial and construction phases of our new home. Then as for the sale of our old home, we couldn't have survived the process without her knowledge, skills and professional handling of our particular situations.

Dave and Team Landon helped me to buy and sell. This review is about the sale. I started about 6 months early to prepare my home to sell, and Dave gave me great advice on what was important or not important to do, suggested potential vendors for me to choose from (they were excellent), suggested the right price, and marketed the heck out of my house. While I spent a lot of money getting the house in tip-top condition, I really think I got all of that investment back and more with the sale price that was higher than I expected. Melissa helped me layout my existing furniture, suggested what to move out, and staged my house. Boy, for the pictures, the place looked so nice I didn't want to sell anymore (but yes, I did!).
