Buying a new home came out of the blue when we came across this beautiful house. Dom was the seller’s agent, and since we didn’t have an agent of our own, he showed us the home. We talked with him afterward about being our agent too, and he was more than willing to help. He then helped us sell our former home as well. Dom was always quick to respond, no matter the time or day. He’d text or call just to check in and see how things were going. He knew the market and told us what he thought, but never pushed us into anything. He was blunt and honest, which we really appreciated. Dave and Team Landon helped me to buy and sell. This review is about the sale. I started about 6 months early to prepare my home to sell, and Dave gave me great advice on what was important or not important to do, suggested potential vendors for me to choose from (they were excellent), suggested the right price, and marketed the heck out of my house. While I spent a lot of money getting the house in tip-top condition, I really think I got all of that investment back and more with the sale price that was higher than I expected. Melissa helped me layout my existing furniture, suggested what to move out, and staged my house. Boy, for the pictures, the place looked so nice I didn't want to sell anymore (but yes, I did!).
