About David

Creative Professional by nature; Realtor by desire, skills and ongoing training through eXp Realty. From my perspective, working in real estate is not a sales job, but more of a professional service. The BEST Agents not only advise, negotiate contracts and show homes, but also educate their Clients, listen to their needs and become a lifelong advocate. I entered real estate in March 2009 doing Home Staging for both Listing Agents and Sellers, and from October 2009 - 2017 worked exclusively with Buyers to help them through the home-buying process. As the market shifted and Past Clients reached out to help sell their homes, I enthusiastically started assisting Sellers as well. Since 2009, I've helped over 775 homes find new Owners all across Chester County, northern Delaware and most recently, Maryland. Before entering real estate, I received my Bachelor's degree in Surface Pattern Design from Syracuse University. I then spent 17 years as a Design Professional in the home textile industry, during which time I bought and sold 4 different types of homes from new construction to an outdated "Brady house" and back to new construction again where in mid-construction, my job was relocated, which prevented me from going to settlement. So while my 15+ years as a licensed Realtor has taught me an incredible amount, I have a diverse personal experience prior to being a real estate professional that allows me to connect to my Clients in a much more personal way. I was recently asked "What is your motivation to be successful?" and my response is that I strive to be a positive force in other people’s lives and help them not only achieve their goals but connect them with others who will do the same. It's a great life!

Wonderful to work with!

Buying a house in today’s market is hard. David made it easy.

I can’t even begin to thank David for guiding us along the path to homeownership. If you are currently looking for a home, you will understand it when I say, we wanted to give up many times. A Realtor Who Does It All

I couldn't have asked for a better experience selling my home! My realtor made the entire process incredibly easy by handling everything. I was able to be very hands off and he only reached out when I needed to make a decision or discuss the next steps. From going back and forth with the buyers’ realtor, to arranging the cleaning and any fixes the house needed, David and the team had it handled. I could comfortably go about my days knowing everything was taken care of and I would be contacted if needed. Professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommended!

More Than Just a Realtor

David was great to work with from start to finish. He helped us sell our house and made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. He knows the market, communicates well, and was always available when we had questions. I never felt like we were being pushed into anything—he gave us honest advice and let us make the decisions. When issues came up, he handled them quickly and kept everything moving. I was out of town for work during settlement, and David really went above and beyond by looking out for my wife while everything was happening. He checked in on her, made sure she had what she needed, and even ran over to the house to help when she found a wasp nest by the front door. That wasn’t part of his job, but it says a lot about the kind of person he is. He genuinely had our family’s best interests in mind from beginning to end. He worked hard for us, negotiated well, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire sale. I’d recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If I ever need a realtor again, he’ll be the first person I call.
