Colleen was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on both buying our home and selling it. She was very thorough , understood the market and came prepared with comps and ideas which helped us get the best price for our home. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as stress free as possible. We cannot recommend Colleen more, she will listen to you, be respectful of your wishes and get you the best price for your home.

Colleen was wonderful to work with. She promptly returned calls, explained what was happening, Kept you up-to-date on what was happening, gave excellent advice, and always had a positive attitude. When things were stressful, she was able to provide sound advice that calmed you in stressful situations. She made selling a house easy. Would highly recommend Colleen!

Colleen is very knowledge and walked us through every step of the way selling our home, as well as buying a new home. She had great communication and was always available for any questions. She has a very professional and warm demeanor— we never felt like a number, but like we were top priority and family. She truly had our best interest at heart and was so patient with us along the journey. There is no one else we would want to go through the home selling or buying process with!
