Once inquiries began, we could tell he cared about finding the right tenants (good neighbors to others and stewards of the property) as much as we did. He knew that was very important to us. Once tenants were secured for the first unit, and before they moved in, David continued showing that side to others. He explained that the floor plan for the second unit was the same, developing a potential tenant list for the second unit while still under renovation. That approach worked out perfectly. Tenants for the second side were secured before the renovations were even completed after doing a walk through to see the work in process. What really stood out was David's dedication and creativity to help secure qualified, good people as tenants, who will now be able to enjoy everything wonderful about Kennett Square.
