Dom always was honest with his opinion on whether or not he thought it was a good purchase, what the issues could be, and anything else he could think of to help steer me in the right direction. Kyle was so supportive. Although we had a nice house in a very desirable location, we also had a decor that was very specific to our tastes. After continuous feedback that it would require too much work, Kyle suggested a renovation based on his experience and market knowledge. We embarked on a renovation and relisted the house. In two weeks we had three offers and closed on one in a month. Kyle was not only knowledgable and professional, he was a caring, compassionate supporter that helped us through a difficult period as we aged and tried to relocate and downsize. Kyle was the best.
