Today, I had the pleasure of closing on my real estate transaction, which was expertly handled by Agent Jewel Lerums. When I began considering another property purchase in Philadelphia, I was hesitant and unsure. I thought through several agents I knew, but ultimately chose Jewel—despite never having met her in person. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
