Today, I had the pleasure of closing on my real estate transaction, which was expertly handled by Agent Jewel Lerums. When I began considering another property purchase in Philadelphia, I was hesitant and unsure. Janice was extremely helpful. She was very professional, pleasant and patient with me. She emailed me almost every day showing the homes for sale in my area which was very helpful. She handled everything that was involved with the sale of my house including the home inspection and the township requirements. She responded immediately to my phone calls and answered every question I had.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
