Over the last 5 years I have worked with Eve on 3 separate real estate transactions. Prior to working with Eve I had relatively negative impressions in general about realtors due to previous experiences over the years. The difference in working with Eve has been like night and day. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond in all her efforts to bring a sale to a more than expected conclusion. I am so confident in her professionalism and ability to achieve amazing results that I have even told my heirs that if something happens to me, Eve is to be the person who would handle the sale of my historic equestrian property in Chester county. Eve has been a true pleasure to work with during our home buying journey. She came to us via personal recommendation and we will happily pay that forward to anyone who asks. We spent 2 years looking and finally decided that building a custom home was the way forward. Eve was with us every step of the way. She really put in the work, and her knowledge of the market Chester County was incredibly important as we searched the market, and then as we negotiated the process of working with our builder, and finally right up to and including settlement. Now that we've moved into our beautiful new home Eve has shifted roles and is now our seller's agent as we prepare to list our home for sale. She knows what we need to do and is always available to advise as we process the myriad decisions. We are confident that we will get the best return possible on the sale of our home. Beyond all that Eve is a genuinely nice person and we've greatly enjoyed working with her.

My experience with Eve was pleasant from Day 1. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of the requirements from both buyer and seller perspectives and guided me through the process with confidence and professionalism Her suggestions for making my house appealing for buyers were spot on most of the time, and she found an associate to host an open house for me on the date I wanted when she could not be available. Never once did I have to worry about response time from Eve, which was very calming in a tumultuous time for me. Eve would get my vote every time for anyone looking for a realtor

We’ve been working with Eve Marberger at BHHS Fox & Roach since 2005, and she’s been absolutely amazing, helping us buy and sell four homes in total. When it came to selling, she knocked it out of the park—both of our houses were under contract in just three days and sold for over asking price! You can really tell she’s a pro at marketing and knows exactly how to get buyers interested right away. On the buying side, Eve was just as fantastic. Since she’s lived in Chester County her whole life and has been in the business since the 80s, she knows the area inside and out. Plus, her negotiation skills are top-notch, which really helped us get the homes we wanted without the usual stress. She made the whole process feel easy and handled everything like an expert. Eve was very helpful in providing suggestions as how to best improve our home to place on the market. She guided us on interior and exterior improvement suggestions. As an experienced real estate agent she provided us with comparable homes sold, or for sale, in the area- which allowed us to price our home competitively. She was available when needed and responded to calls/texts and emails in a timely manner. She maintained a high level of professionalism that allowed us to confidently trust her judgement on issues- as we had already moved out of the area. I would recommend Eve to anyone selling their home. And am grateful to have had her as my real estate agent.
