It was awesome working with Alissa. She was always there to answer questions. Always willing to go that extra mile. I would definitely recommend her to anybody. You just dont get a realtor you get a friend. And if she doesnt know the answer she will find out for you. Thank you again 😊

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling my home than the one I had working with Alissa Facciolo! From our initial conversations through closing, Alissa demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and communication. She helped me navigate every stage of the selling process with confidence, always making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with the decisions being made. What really stood out was how she handled the challenges that came along the way. Between preparing the property for sale, addressing necessary repairs, and navigating unexpected roof-related issues, there were definitely moments that could have made the process stressful. Alissa remained calm, proactive, and solution-oriented throughout it all. She kept me informed, helped me understand the implications of each situation, and worked to keep everything moving forward. Her market expertise and negotiation skills were equally impressive. She advocated for my interests while maintaining a practical, thoughtful approach that ultimately helped us achieve a sale price I was very happy with. Beyond her professional expertise, I genuinely appreciated her patience, responsiveness, and personal approach. Selling a home is a significant milestone, and having someone you trust guiding you through the process makes all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for Alissa’s dedication and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Looking to buy a house? I highly recommend you use Alissa she will exceed every expectation and more and will not stop until she finds you the best deal and the right home for your needs!!
