Holly was such an amazing Realtor to work with in our year and a half house hunt. She continually worked with us to find homes that fit our style and gather information on the home and its surroundings. Through the whole process she was super communicative and upfront with us. I couldn't imagine anyone being as friendly and and kind to us, going out of her way to drive hours for our tours and not pushing us to offer on house we didnt want. I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
