Tina is the most kindest, patient person/realtor I have ever met. She never made me feel bad for wasting her time when I changed my mind by deciding it wasn't for me. She was very knowledgeable about her properties. Her follow up after the sale was and is amazing.. she is the best.

I could not be more happy with Tina. My fiancé and I worked with her for over a year and a half on and off to find the right house. As soon as I contacted Tina to assist me with our home buying, she was immediately working on our behalf. We had a very short window to find a place during a time when the market was fierce. Tine ensured we got to see potential properties immediately and utilized her vast network of peers to assist us if she was tied up so we would not miss any opportunities. This was invaluable in us being able to find the right home in a short amount of time. Initially we were going to use another realtor in Maryland as it appeared that would be the likely area we would find a home. Once we discovered there was more availability in the York County area, we contacted Tina to assist. Tina did more in one day than the other realtor did in several weeks. Tina made the home buying experience much less stressful and continued to see us through the entire process flawlessly. He great personality and genuine dedication to her profession was evident throughout the process. I must have called her a hundred times to ask questions or to arrange a showing and she was always responsive and timely. It had been a long time since I bought a home and really did not know what to expect. I certainly did not expect the great personalized service we received. Tina and her faithful assistant were always there to reassure us and educate us on many topics involved in our resolve to get a move in ready and solid home. We are proud to say it was a great success! Not only did we have a great experience, we gained new friends along the way.
