Sarah and us started working each other about a year ago on buying a property! Before that Sarah and I sat in a coffee shop and she explained everything in a manner I can understand, what to expect of her as our Agent on buying and selling our investment properties! I had time to ask questions from her and she did answer those questions! If she wasn’t sure of the answer, she would find a resource for me! The first property we bought a year ago was very simple and the transaction was very smooth and simple! Our second transaction with Sarah was selling a six unit property and we had to wait patiently for the buyers to get their loan approved and in the mean time my husband got sick several times and he was in and out of the hospital! Sarah was very patient with our situation and made sure our priorities were met before we had anything to do with the property! She was very flexible with her time to accommodate our tenants in taking photographs or showing to potential buyers! Through out this process she never gave us false hopes or promises! If she knew anything on the progress of the sale, we were notified right away as she knew we were waiting anxiously! Sarah knew everything about my husband’s illness and wait patiently, making sure to be it was ok with us to settle on the date and time! She was very caring and concerned the whole time my husband was ill. She would text and ask me how he was doing and if there is anything that she could do to help! She wasn’t just doing her job , but she went the extra mile! We have been in this business for almost 20 years and every Agent we worked with us were purely business minded! But Sarah was very empathetic with our situation and made it easy for us to trust her. She has recommended to us a roofer and a plumber during this time whom we used! ( The roofer) and we were very satisfied with their work! She has shared her real estate knowledge with us when we needed it. We highly recommend her and trust her! She is the best!
