We had an outstanding experience and outcome working with David to rent both sides of our duplex property within a short period of time. We involved him once we finished renovating the first unit, while we continued to renovate the second one. He quickly put together a listing that highlighted the property and location benefits in a beautiful and accurate way. Once inquiries began, we could tell he cared about finding the right tenants (good neighbors to others and stewards of the property) as much as we did. He knew that was very important to us. Once tenants were secured for the first unit, and before they moved in, David continued showing that side to others. He explained that the floor plan for the second unit was the same, developing a potential tenant list for the second unit while still under renovation. That approach worked out perfectly. Tenants for the second side were secured before the renovations were even completed after doing a walk through to see the work in process. What really stood out was David's dedication and creativity to help secure qualified, good people as tenants, who will now be able to enjoy everything wonderful about Kennett Square. David, we are grateful for you!!
