We were selling a home beloved by us for a big move to Florida. I anticipated a difficult sell, due to a challenging location on a very busy main road. We lucked out with a very quick and easy sale due to an investor cash purchase over the phone w/no inspections. So not much work had to be put in for the selling of our home however Donna is very active on all social media platforms and when I looked online, I saw my house Everywhere. She was also helpful guiding us through the ins and outs of current real estate since it's been 15 years since I've sold or bought a home. Things have changed and she was happy to explain and go through everything, so we understood. We opted for an extended time before settlement, almost 3 months falling into summertime: and I also did not attend settlement and instead pre signed and wired proceeds. I honestly did not see her at all after the initial listing appointment until settlement day, however it really wasn't necessary and she was always available by phone or text whenever needed. All questions were answered and information given in a prompt and timely manner and our sale to settlement went through very smoothly.

Anytime I had a question, she would answer back within the hour most of the time! She is honest compared to what I thought the experience would be like! I wouldn't wanna change anything about it!

I struggle with emails so Hannah would always text me to let me know I had an email with something to look at or fill out. She took extra time to explain the process and helped keep me calm when we had a glitch with our title. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about her :)

This was Jen’s first experience at attending a house auction. We won the bid and Jen walked us through with all the paperwork. We had to do a sewer line inspection, which took extra time and multiple days to get it done but Jen took the time to be there at the house every time the plumber was there.
