Jerry navigated the situation exceptionally well. While the first buyers were still trying to resolve their financing, Jerry immediately put our house back on the market, scheduled multiple showings, and ultimately secured our second buyers! He was incredibly proactive—he didn’t wait around to see if the first buyers might possibly pull things together. And thank goodness he didn’t, because their deal ended up falling through completely. Jerry is a very patient realtor. My husband and I went from wanting to buy property and build to looking for a house for our family to settle down in. He was there every step of the way, even as we trekked through 10 acres of forest to see if that’s the land we wanted to build on. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
