I cannot speak highly enough of Hannah! This was my first home buying experience and Hannah took her time explaining things to me. She made sure I had no questions and made the experience much less stressful than I was anticipating. She got back to me in a very efficient manner and never left me waiting for a response. She also ensured we got into see homes as soon as possible. She explained all the next steps to me which made it easy to make decisions. She is very professional but also very approachable and personable. She was very knowledgeable of the market, who to be in contact with, how to get answers from the seller, and was very easy to talk to. Highly, highly recommend Hannah!

Jerry did a fantastic job for us! We ran into some complications with our first buyers, and the week of settlement we learned they were having credit issues. Jerry navigated the situation exceptionally well. While the first buyers were still trying to resolve their financing, Jerry immediately put our house back on the market, scheduled multiple showings, and ultimately secured our second buyers! He was incredibly proactive—he didn’t wait around to see if the first buyers might possibly pull things together. And thank goodness he didn’t, because their deal ended up falling through completely. Gina was very knowledgeable about the housing market. She held several open houses and kept us informed. At settlement, it was discovered that she made a mistake in regards to specific wording in the listing. We ended up paying an extra $3000 which I feel wasn't appropriate since she admitted to the mistake.

Deb was great in details but did not have a chance to meet her. Deb works with Gratz who was the one we interacted and showed the houses. Both of them are Super nice.
