disappointed at the end

Gina was very knowledgeable about the housing market. She held several open houses and kept us informed. At settlement, it was discovered that she made a mistake in regards to specific wording in the listing. We ended up paying an extra $3000 which I feel wasn't appropriate since she admitted to the mistake.

Kim, I appreciate your honest review. Admittedly, I made a mistake that cost both of us. I certainly have learned not to take on everything myself, learn to delegate, and will not allow such a mistake in the future. Lesson learned.
