About Lisa

After earning her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Dickinson State University, Lisa taught Kindergarten & 6th Grade for 8 years in Florida before relocating to the Royersford area in 2005 where she has resided since. Lisa secured her real estate license in 2007 and from there she built her real estate business utilizing the same guiding business principles she learned growing up. Today, as a seasoned, multi-million dollar producer, Lisa serves Montgomery, Chester, Berks & Bucks counties. Her accolades include certifications in home staging and corporate relocation and she has been appointed to the Toll Brothers Advisory Board since 2015. She has been recognized at the BHHS Fox & Roach Breakfast of Champions for her outstanding achievements and is the recipient of the Honor Society Award (2015), Leading Edge Award (2016, 2018, 2019) and President’s Circle Award (2017) representing the top 4% - 7% of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationally. Lisa is married to husband Michael and is mother to daughters Morgan & Marissa who are both actively involved in Spring-Ford school district, travel softball and extra-curricular activities. She is an avid Eagles & Phillies fan and enjoys fitness, health and fashion in her spare time. Working with Lisa was honestly such a great experience. From the very beginning, she really took the time to understand what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured into anything. She was always super responsive and easy to reach, which made a huge difference. Anytime I had questions (and I had a lot), she was quick to answer and explain things. What I appreciated most was how much she genuinely cared. It never felt like just another transaction—she really wanted to help me find the right place and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

I used Lisa to find a rental back in Nov 2024 as well as to purchase a home in 2025

I used Lisa to find a rental back in Nov 2024 as well as to purchase a home in 2025. She was amazing to work with and I would recommend her to anyone. She was not only patient with me and all my questions, but professional and extremely helpful. I always felt like I was a priority to her and not just a number or a paycheck. It's clear that others share this opinion of Lisa in reading her reviews on other sites. The only person that seems to have an issue with Lisa is Gina Rich, but her review is including a lot of details that in my opinion have nothing to do with Lisa's abilities as a realtor and Gina should be ashamed for trashing Lisa's reputation over issues that were outside of her control.

Lisa is wonderful!

Lisa really listened to us when we told her what we were looking for, which is tough because my wife and I have very different preferences. We were ready to bid on 3 houses Lisa showed us, but ultimately we got the house we loved. Lisa really helped us all the way through closing and it really couldn’t have been any smoother.

Great Experience with Annemarie!

Lisa is Amazing!!!

Lisa came as a referral from a friend and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She was not only attentive, but knowledgeable about the house buying process, but the area and each neighborhood that I asked about.
