Bette was the best, and I hired her to sell my house because I knew from a friend's experience with her through several sales that she knows what she is doing, as her resume and many accolades testify. Her decades of experience in my neighborhood, with deep knowledge of how buyers there think, and her understanding of how to work with the township (esoteric!) was invaluable. My house sold quickly even though there was alot of competition with similar homes going up at the same time. Bette held my hand through all the U&O criteria I had to meet and told me exactly what I should do and not do to make my house marketable, saving me so much anxiety and uncertainty. She was the best companion a seller could want 😸.

When looking for a realtor my partner and I reviewed as many as we could find. After a brief conversation with Dawn we both knew we'd found the right person. Dawn never tried to tell us what we wanted (and that changed several times.) Instead she took the time to get to know us and what the key things we had to have. From there she guided and educated us on several things neither of us were aware of. We must have dragged her to visit at least 20 homes in a short period of time. She didn't waiver at all from the person we first spoke to on the phone. Every place we went we'd find her with a smile on her face ready to point out the good and bad honestly.
