Very patient with first time homebuyers

Dawn was very patient with my wife and I as first time homebuyers. She answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything from market trends, home value, home repairs, closing negotiations, contract interpretation, etc. She also really pulled through for us during settlement when the sellers listed their house wrong which screwed up our interest rate that we had locked in. She fought hard to get the sellers to cover the buy down fee so we could stay at our rate due to their mistake. Dawn really saved us there!
