Dawn is an ace!

Dawn was invaluable as our realtor as my wife and I were house hunting from out of state, looking to buy in a crazy market. Dawn worked so hard for us and not once did we detect any annoyance or regret for accepting us as clients. Actually, we felt like we were Dawn’s only clients and often had to remind ourselves that we weren’t. From numerous house visits to managing well and septic issues, along with everything else on the back end, I can’t imagine anyone else being able to go above or beyond what Dawn did. We highly recommend Dawn!
