After graduating from Muhlenberg College with a degree in Molecular Biology in 1992, John moved to Rehoboth Beach to start a restaurant with a college friend. In 2000, John, along with his wife, opened the Stoney Lonen, an Irish pub and restaurant in downtown Rehoboth Beach and subsequently, several other area restaurants. Through practical experience owning, operating and maintaining restaurants, John branched out into commercial and private real estate investment. In 2007, John and his wife sold the Stoney Lonen to spend more time with their family and further pursue careers in real estate.
