I was looking for an agent that would most of all listen to me and also not push to lower the price, especailly too soon after listing the home. She did just that listen and when i did lower the price she didn't push me lower than the amount i wanted. The house sold in a decent amount of time, then the fun began with a house i put an offer in. That whole transaction was more than complicated and aggravating ,yet Lisa kept he calm when i was beside myself.
