Very experienced, market expert and advocate for the customer

Our experience with Debbie was extremely positive.Debbie was a huge help in giving sound advice to guide us through a very tough competitive market. In the time our house went on the market to the day it settled several homes went on sale on our street all of those homes were sold at what I believe were below market prices.Debbie marketed our home aggressively and we received the best offer on our street compared to the other 5plus homes for sale.Debbie was great to work with and my wife and I highly recommend her.

Explained everything clearly from putting the house on the market through the closing.

Her knowledge of the area market was amazing and hear clear explanations and breakdowns were very helpful for someone not in the real estate market for many years.

Above and beyond

Chris would keep me updated and did even more than what was asked. He even painted a portion of the condo due to me being out of state. He has a hungry work ethic and that’s exactly what I needed. I am very happy with my experience with Chris and hope to find another realtor like Chris in the state we are moving to. Can not say enough good things about our experience.

Top Notch Realtor

Vani and N.C. Vasuki Selling our beloved home April 2026 We had made the decision to sell our home and relocate to Westminster Village in Dover, DE. Our long-time friend and Legal advisor – F. Michael Parkowski suggested that we consider Chris Cohan of Re-Max as the agent for marketing our property. We had not participated in any property transactions for more than forty years. We were aware that the procedures and practices involved in home sales have evolved significantly during this period. Chris toured our home, took notes, explained the listing process for Kent County DE, and gave us an accurate property value. Chris gave us tips to help make our home appealing to buyers. That included steps such as removal of carpets, wallpaper and painting etc., He suggested local businesses for the job and monitored their work. He updated us on feedback from potential buyers touring our home. His advice greatly assisted us in making our property appealing and ensuring it met buyers' expectations. He systematically guided us through the property sale documentation and outlined recommended actions to take upon receiving a bona fide offer to purchase. We enjoyed working with Chri Cohan and highly recommend him for buying or selling property. He is a top notch real estate expert!
