I had met Kelly through my job, and again through volunteering at the animal shelter. She was always so kind to me and had encouraged me to adopt my dog. (best decision ever by the way) Through those experiences i knew i wanted to use her as my realtor when i was ready to purchase a home. She found listings for us and was so helpful in getting us information about them as soon as possible. I think we had viewed about 6-7 houses before we found the one. Kelly was patient with us during the process of indecisiveness and always kept us on the right path to finding our home. Once we had found the one, she communicated and explained everything to us so we were aware of everything going on. When it came to closing, I could tell she was excited for us and even checked in after the first night. I can’t say enough about how great this experience has been and i highly recommend her.

Does what it takes for both buyer and seller to have a great experience.

I was looking for an agent that would most of all listen to me and also not push to lower the price, especailly too soon after listing the home. She did just that listen and when i did lower the price she didn't push me lower than the amount i wanted. The house sold in a decent amount of time, then the fun began with a house i put an offer in. That whole transaction was more than complicated and aggravating ,yet Lisa kept he calm when i was beside myself. She had to probably do and go thru more than with most listing Especailly putting up with me someone who has to have everything done yesterday ,Bottom line she is beyond professional she is very nice and in the end no matter the road blocks got everything taken care of. Always answered the phone when I called, ,Again best agent I have ever worked with
